More Information on CNAs

E&A Services, Inc., one of the Premier Accessibility Site Inspection Services in the United States having done work all over the country, inspecting more than 200,000 multifamily units, now offers Capital Needs Assessments (CNA's).

In January of 2005 E&A put together a team of experts combining E&A's vast accessibility experience with experts in the field (see bios) regarding CNA requirements.

E&A has partnered with Marshall & Swift to create a online construction data interface, that will allow the electronic gathering of CNA data on a handheld device and then allows E&A's data to merge with Marshall Swift database to create a state of the art construction database retrieval system.

Together E&A now offers the most complete package of services for your CNA needs.
