Since 1992, E&A Services, Inc. has been providing quality accessibility site inspections on multifamily housing complexes regarding compliance with the ADA, Section 504 and Fair Housing Act. E&A has performed inspections in 49 states, and has inspected more than 200,000 multifamily units.

E&A employs experienced Site Inspectors. Once the inspector has done his assessment of a property, the information is processed at E&A's Home Office and a Self--Evaluation Transition and Needs Assessment (SENAT™) Plan is printed. Each SENAT™ Plan contains unique information on each complex with photos, and Cost Estimates for complying with any issues discovered during the Accessibility Inspection.

E&A now offers Updated Accessibility Transition Plans! (UATP) If your Transition Plan is more than three years old, you need an Updated Transition Plan. E&A will inspect your site and evaluate it for any out-of-compliance issues. If none are found, E&A will issue a Certificate of Compliance.

If you are considering our Site Inspection services, we will be happy to provide you with a printed copy of a sample report. To request your sample report, please email us.
